Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is made up of Transition and Orientation Professionals from various member institutions across the province. The Executive Committee plays a critical role in coordinating the activities of the TOP BC group, and ensuring that the best possible service is provided to our members. To ensure fair representation on the committee, regular elections are held to select individuals for each role.

Our History
Founded in the late 1990's as the BC Orientation Directors (BCOD), this group represented senior orientation professionals at UVic, UBC, SFU and TWU. Over time, both the number of participating institutions and professional roles have expanded greatly. In regonition of this evolution, the group changed its name to TOPBC in 2010, but continues with the mission of supporting excellence in the field of orientation and transition programming.
